Co-Working Spaces Are Going Corporate/Move over startups. Big business is starting to fill desks at trendy shared offices

This is very interesting. Is this a Fad or can this stick as a permanent workplace solution? I don’t know how one can work with someone else right on top of you, especially if it’s a person from another company. This isn’t like sharing a seat at a Hibachi Steakhouse. Also where is the privacy for confidential conversations and work product on computers? It seems it could be all too easy to “take” info from a person’s computer or listen in on a conversation which has detailed info. What if the person next to you is either with a competitor or an industry that is close to the same. Not sure this has been totally thought out. I would prefer the traditional shared work place solutions like Intelligent Office or the like.
